Nina Light is a licensed closing attorney and title insurance producer dedicated to delivering a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and lenders. With extensive knowledge in title matters and real estate closings, she ensures every detail is handled with care.

Nina has over a decade of experience in the legal field and has focused her career on representing her clients in corporate transactional spaces.  Nina founded Neighborhood Closing & Title because she is dedicated to guiding her clients as they navigate real estate transactions of all types.  She is most passionate about helping people to purchase new homes and connect with new communities.  

Nina graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law and as a member of the San Diego Law Review.  She is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts bars. Prior to founding Neighborhood Closing & Title, Nina acted as counsel at an international law firm where she represented investment funds and emerging growth companies.
