Nina Light is a licensed closing attorney and title insurance producer dedicated to delivering a seamless closing experience for buyers, sellers, and lenders. With over a decade of legal experience, she brings precision, professionalism and a local touch to every transaction.  Her practice has focused on complex transactional matters, including real estate closings, corporate transactions and tax planning.

Prior to founding Neighborhood Closing & Title, she served as counsel at an international law firm, where she represented investment funds and emerging growth companies.  Today, she combines her large firm expertise with local insight to create an elevated, client-centered closing experience designed for modern homeowners, lenders and investors.

Her legal education includes admission to the New Hampshire, California and Massachusetts bars, as a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law magna cum laude and as a member of the San Diego Law Review.  She is also a notary public.
