About Us

Nina Light is a licensed closing attorney and title insurance producer dedicated to delivering a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and lenders. Nina has over a decade of legal experience and has focused her representation of clients in transactional spaces including real estate transactions and corporate and tax matters.

Nina graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law and as a member of the San Diego Law Review.  She is a member of the New Hampshire, Massachusetts and California bars. Prior to founding Neighborhood Closing & Title, Nina acted as of counsel at an international law firm where she represented investment funds and emerging growth companies.
